Introduction: How do I use MAX Messages?

Open the Setup window from the toolbar. There already should be a plan. If there is no plan click on the plus icon to create a plan. Messages and all conversations are already selected for archiving. If you only want to archive individual conversations deselect "Archive all Conversations" and then select the conversations you want to archive.

Now go to the Archive Format section and either select Internal Database or PDF as format. For both formats you can select a location for the archive.

The last step is to click on the truck icon to start archiving.
