User Reference

Most of the functionality of MAX Messages can be controlled from the main window.

Setup: The Setup controls what, how and when MAX Messages archives.

Archive: Starts the archival for the conversations of the active plans.

Archive Folder: select a chat.db folder to archive.

Open: Select am archive to open.

Print: Print the visible emails.

Attachments: Saves the attachments from the selected conversation or current search result.

Export: Exports all conversations/the selected conversation/the current search result/the current day to the Internal Database, PDF, or HTML.

Conversation/Diary: switch between Conversation and Diary layouts.

Start here: see at one glance if you can start archiving. You need a selected conversation and a location for your archive. Click to open the Setup where you can select both.

Archive: start archiving.
