User Reference

Most of the functionality of MAX Messages can be controlled from the main window.

Setup: The Setup controls what, how and when MAX Messages archives.

Archive: Starts the archival for the conversations of the active plans.

Open: Select am archive to open.

Print: Print the visible emails.

Attachments: Saves the attachments from the selected conversation or current search result.

Export: Exports all conversations of Message, the current conversations or the currently visible messages.

If no archive is open, you can access the tour or the manual from the start screen. You can also start the archiving process from there.

Important: Archiving can only be started if there is at least one conversation and an archive location selected. This needs to be done in the Setup.
